We purchased bunk beds with a trundle for our girls, and a twin bed with a trundle for our boy when they were still in elementary school. Two of them are adults now, one is still in high school, and the beds are as strong as the first day RJ delivered them to us. He was very flexible and tailored made them with our specifications. They are one of the best furniture purchases we've ever made. We have a small house, which is why we bought the trundles. Family and our kids friends have visited and slept in these beds and had no complaints. This is a great alternative for college students or roommates in small apartments. I advise to get them with the gloss seal (after the color) so they're easy to clean and don't show dirt. I made the mistake of not doing that. RJ is a master craftsman and owning a unique piece of functional and beautiful art is a gift you should give your loved ones and yourself. Blessings to RJ & family always!

I've been looking for non-toxic bunk beds for a while. Every individual unit cost between $3-4k, and we couldn't be sure that it was truly non-toxic. Then I found RJ at 888BunkBeds. We spoke to him and told him we needed to have two sets of bunkbeds and a new king size bed to replace the inadequate beds we had our daughters in. RJ delivered! I told him we need to avoid adhesives and toxic stains. He gave us just what w asked for, and also made beds that we could vacuum under. On top of that, both bunks and the king size bed cost less than an individual bunk on the big box websites. Finally, these beds are rock solid and do not squeak with every move one makes! So nice to not be woken up in the middle of the night just because we hear one of our kids move over the baby monitor. Tell RJ what you need, he won't disappoint you!

It is a pleasure working with professional craftsmen who really want to get their product exactly to meet the needs of the customer. RJ listened to my needs and designed my bunkbeds perfectly. My grandkids are thrilled and we are very happy to use the extra desk space when our murphy beds are not in use.

I was a little hesitant to order a bunkbed from an ad I saw on craigslist, but it worked out beautifully. We got a twin-over-queen with a natural finish for our vacation house and now the whole gang of cousins has a place to slumber party. It really is a SOLID piece of furniture and there's a peace of mind that comes with knowing that a bunkbed, that kids are climbing and sleeping in, is so well constructed. I have found nothing ready-made that is comparable, and I looked. Thank you!

I'm so happy with my son's new loft bed. My son was thrilled to see his new bed too! RJ was easy to work with and communicate. Paul delivered the bed and put it together on-site in a timely manner and was really pleasant. I found out they can customize other projects too! I'll definitely keep them in mind and recommend them to anyone looking for something unique and personally crafted.
